Skills always play important role in improving the income of a family. Karwan-e-Khair is also managing these centres where the widows, orphans, needy poor men, women and children are being provide along with the basic education, the training of daily living, house hold skill and income generating skills including cooking, ironing, washing, handicraft, tailoring etc.
The organization also provides sewing machines to needy poor and worst effected persons in order to get them on their own feet.
There is a great demand of skilled persons in domestic and international markets. Similarly there is great potential in developing micro enterprises. By creating awareness, imparting skills and providing access to financial services to the potential young people, we can not only ensure availability of skilled labor but increase in income of those peoples and poverty alleviation in broader terms, should also provided that we are engaged with.
To contribute towards poverty alleviation, there is a dire need to provide skills to the people so that either they get some jobs or start their own micro enterprises to earn their live hood.
Karwan-e-Khair also going to established Skills Development Centers with a brand name of “Karwan-e-Khair Hunerkada”. We have also managed a direct link between handicraft man and shopkeeper in different cities so that broker or agent may not buy at cheapest price and sell at the highest price in cities. We also distribute certificates among the students both girls and boys who completed various training/diploma courses.
We also distribute Quran Pak, Cloths, Jackets, Blankets, shawls, Stationery, Pak Flags, among peoples. JOIN US.
